Kuraray America Hosts Houston-Area Employee Golf Tournament

Kuraray America, Inc. recently hosted a golf tournament for employees (present and retired) from its Houston-area sites, bringing team members together for a day of connection, camaraderie, and friendly competition. 

Held over the weekend, the event gave employees an opportunity to spend time together outside their day-to-date work environment, strengthen relationships across local teams, and build connections that support collaboration beyond the course. It was great to see that some employees brought their spouses, partners and adult kids to the event.  

At KAI, strong relationships are central to how we work. The trust and teamwork built among employees help shape the way we support customers, collaborate with business partners, and contribute to shared goals across the organization. Events like this create meaningful opportunities for employees to connect in a relaxed setting while reinforcing the relationships that help our teams work together more effectively. 

From conversations between rounds to team photos and friendly competition, the tournament highlighted the people behind KAI’s work and the culture of collaboration that supports our business every day.
