Kuraray and Human Rights
On April 3rd 2026, Kuraray joined the Japan Center for Engagement and Remedy on Business and Human Rights (JaCER). As a member of JaCER, Kuraray has established a grievance mechanism for all stakeholders by utilizing “Engagement and Remedy Platform” provided by JaCER.

Process After a Report Is Submitted
・JaCER reviews the content of the report and determines whether it qualifies as a human rights case.
・JaCER contacts the reporting party (only in cases where the report is submitted with the reporter’s name).
・JaCER contacts Kuraray and Kuraray takes appropriate action.
