Bryan’s first assignment as an intern was not a hypothetical exercise. He spent his internship sourcing a warehouse for KAI’s Elastomers business, gaining direct experience with a long-term supply chain need.
Today, he focuses on domestic transportation, helping move KAI’s shipments across North America by truck.
Bryan credits the entire logistics team, giving him the support and opportunities to build his supply chain experience, taking on greater responsibility, and growing into the role he holds today.
Watch the video to learn how Bryan turned an internship built around real supply chain work into a full-time role helping move Kuraray shipments across North America.
