Brooke began her KAI journey in Human Resources, where her first assignment was revamping the HR SharePoint site. She collaborated with employees across KAI’s sites to understand what information and resources they needed, then used that feedback to create a more organized and intuitive experience for employees across roles.

The project strengthened her ability to understand the needs of different audiences and translate feedback into user-friendly solutions, skills that naturally led to an opportunity in Marketing.

Her path from HR intern to contractor and now Marketing Coordinator was shaped by people who consistently believed in her potential. Brooke is especially grateful to Sandy Scott, who mentored her during her internship, and to her current manager, Reshma Bond, for continuing to invest in her development, encourage her growth, and remain steady sources of guidance and support.
