Leadership Spotlight: Kuraray America Celebrates Richard Bass’ LEPC Leadership Milestone | Kuraray America, Inc.

Kuraray America would like to congratulate Richard Bass on the successful completion of his term as Chairperson (2023–2025) of the La Porte, Morgan’s Point, and Shoreacres Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC). Richard has been an active member since 2012.

The LEPC works in partnership with local cities, schools, and communities to strengthen public safety by: 

  • Promoting emergency preparedness

  • Providing shelter-in-place education

  • Supporting regional emergency response efforts
     

This work depends on close collaboration with local emergency services, and we appreciate the commitment of first responders and public safety professionals who help keep these communities safe.
