Kuraray America Supports United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley Festival of Trees
Giving back is about building stronger communities through meaningful and lasting contributions. This holiday season, that spirit was reflected through Kuraray America, Inc.’s support of the Festival of Trees benefiting United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley.
Kuraray America’s Washington Works site sponsored a Christmas tree titled “A Berry Merry Christmas” for the annual Festival of Trees event, helping support United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley and its mission to improve health, education, and financial stability throughout the communities it serves.
The tree, decorated by family members of Tara Busch and Austin Smith, received the Contemporary Champion award for this year’s design. Following the event, the tree was auctioned and raised $1,300 to help advance United Way’s ongoing community initiatives across the Mid-Ohio Valley region.
Through community partnerships and employee engagement initiatives like this, Kuraray America remains committed to supporting organizations that strengthen communities and create meaningful local impact.
