Kuraray Publishes the Kuraray Report 2026
Kuraray Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Hitoshi Kawahara; hereinafter “Kuraray”) hereby announces that it has simultaneously published the English and Japanese versions of the Kuraray Report 2026, an integrated report (A4 size, 76 pages, full color).
The aim of this report is to help shareholders, investors, and all other stakeholders better understand the value that the Kuraray Group creates over the medium to long term by providing a comprehensive overview of financial and non-financial information, including environmental, social, and governance data. The Kuraray Group will use this report as an engagement tool to continue constructive dialogue with its stakeholders.

Overview of the Kuraray Report 2026
This report provides a comprehensive summary of achievements to date and future direction as fiscal 2026 marks the final year of the Medium-Term Management Plan “PASSION 2026,” launched in 2022. It highlights key initiatives such as the “Three Challenges” and efforts to enhance our business portfolio.
In addition, this year’s report features a dialogue between leaders in R&D and digital transformation, focusing on the convergence of these two areas as a priority theme underpinning value creation. It also introduces “THRIVE,” an HR transformation project aimed at enhancing corporate value over the medium to long term, presenting our multifaceted efforts to turn transformation into tangible results.
Furthermore, the report also includes a special feature on the EVAL business, outlining its growth strategy and sharing insights from project members at the forefront of new plant construction in Singapore.
