The CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 universal shade concept from Kuraray Noritake Dental makes this possible: fast shade determination and production of aesthetic, long-lasting direct restorations with a single shade; an opaquer or blocker is no longer needed.

The CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 universal shade concept consists of 3 colours:

1. The shade Universal (U) is suitable for all restorations in the posterior region.
2. For the more aesthetically demanding anterior tooth area, two shade options are available: Universal light (UL) and Universal dark (UD).
3. The color universal white (UW) is used for certain cases, such as the restoration of milk teeth.

The integration of Kuraray Noritake's Light Diffusion Technology (LDT) was the prerequisite for the development of the CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 universal shade concept. In the composite, this technology ensures a similar scattering of the incident light as on the adjacent tooth structure. This means that the material integrates inconspicuously into the overall picture. Despite all the procedural simplifications, the treatment results are aesthetic in the long term.

Thanks to their convincing mechanical properties, CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 Universal Shades are very suitable for restorations in the anterior and posterior region. Like the other members of the CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 family, this product offers high strength, favorable abrasion properties and balanced shrinkage for reliable performance – even in the stressed posterior region. The material is easy to polish and retains its shine, creating a natural look that is particularly beneficial in the anterior region.

Available in PLTs and syringes, CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 Universal Paints offer a time-saving and easy way to create aesthetic, strong and durable restorations.
