Notice Regarding the Renaming of Head Offices
Kuraray Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Masaaki Ito; hereinafter "Kuraray" or the "Company") hereby announces that it will rename its Head Offices.
1.Details of Renaming
Kuraray's Tokyo Head Office and Osaka Head Office will be renamed the "Head Office" and the "Osaka Office", respectively.

2.Reasons for Renaming
To date, the Company has maintained two Head Offices in Tokyo and Osaka. The Company, however, has decided to rename both facilities to more accurately represent the roles they are currently fulfilling.
